Who carries the responsibility in the end?
Management does. I prepare the decision so that it is reasoned, documented and traceable.
Do we need a management system at all, or is less enough?
That is exactly what classification is for. It shows what is mandatory and what explicitly is not. A credible rationale for leaving something out saves effort that will stand up to an audit.
Do you work on site or remotely?
On site in the Rhine-Ruhr region, otherwise remotely and travelling when needed, across North Rhine-Westphalia and the DACH region.
How is confidential data handled?
For confidential client data I work on a local workstation where AI models run entirely without an internet connection and without any cloud upload. Your documents do not leave the room.
What happens after the project?
Keeping it auditable. Management systems live in cycles: surveillance audits every year, recertification every three years, updates to the impact analysis. You can take this on yourselves or hand it to me as a fractional executive mandate.
Can you certify us as well?
No, and I insist on that. Whoever builds a system must not certify it. I prepare you for the certification audit; certification is granted by an accredited body.
Do you provide legal advice?
No. I translate requirements into actionable steps and evidence. Legal assessments belong with your legal counsel.
