I come from regulated pharmaceutical production, where every change to a system has to stand up to an inspector. Producing that evidence is my craft: validating production systems, automation, digitalisation and leading transformations.
With GEEREN AI SYSTEMS I bring this way of working to AI, information security and business continuity. The standards have different names; the test is the same.
The name stands for AI management systems: the rules, roles and evidence a company uses to govern its AI and prove it. That is the core of my work, and it cannot be separated from information security and business continuity.
Not more paper, but decisions that can be justified.
How I work
Classify first, then act.
Classification decides the effort. I will also tell you what is not necessary.
Documents, not slides.
In the end you have reports, plans and evidence an auditor accepts.
Every perspective counts.
Production, IT, quality and the works council see the same system through different eyes. I am used to talking with all of them.
Clear boundaries.
No legal advice, no certification of my own work. I name the boundaries before I start.

Regulated life science production (2008 to 2009, 2011 to 2025). Implementation and validation of MES and production systems under GxP and GAMP 5, automation and digitalisation, steering within capital and transformation programmes. Most recently senior technical manager.
